What are your hours of operations?
Our hours of operations are between Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 9:00AM Eastern to 9:00PM Eastern.
Hours of Operations in different time zones:
- Eastern: 9:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday thru Saturday
- Central: 8:00AM to 8:00PM, Monday thru Saturday
- Mountain: 7:00AM to 7:00PM, Monday thru Saturday
- Pacific: 6:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday thru Saturday
- Hawaii: 5:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday thru Saturday
What if I have a request after hours?
You’re welcome to always submit a request after hours whether it’s to help you find resources or a Personal Assistant request. Your request will be addressed as soon as we’re open for operations the next business day.
What is the average turnaround time for a request?
Our average turnaround time for mosts requests is within 24 hours depending on how involved the request/project is but we’ll generally provide you a response promptly as soon as you make a request during business hours to let you know we’re working on it or have any questions.
What type of requests can I make to the Personal Assistant service?
At TaskReef we can assist with a variety of different requests. Some examples include but are not limited to are:
- Coordinating home repairs – Scheduling maintenance or repair appointments for home issues (e.g., plumbing, HVAC).
- Transcribing personal audio recordings – Transcribing voice memos, personal interviews, or meetings.
- Tracking car maintenance – Keeping track of vehicle service records, scheduling oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance tasks.
- Scheduling appointments for home services – Booking services like housekeeping, lawn care, or pet grooming.
- Gift shopping – Finding and purchasing gifts for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions, including wrapping and shipping.
- Coordinating pet care – Scheduling vet appointments, pet sitting, grooming, or purchasing pet supplies.
- Managing personal calendar – Scheduling appointments (e.g., medical, personal meetings), family events, and social gatherings.
- Event planning for personal celebrations – Coordinating logistics for family events like birthdays, weddings, or holidays (e.g., sending invitations, booking vendors).
- Meal planning and recipe organization – Planning weekly meals, creating grocery lists, and organizing favorite recipes.
- Online bill payments – Managing and paying personal or household bills, setting up auto-pay, and ensuring bills are paid on time.
- Researching babysitting/nanny services – Finding and vetting local babysitters or nannies, scheduling interviews or trial runs.
- Managing household grocery orders – Creating grocery lists and ordering items from online stores like Amazon or grocery delivery services.
- Document filing and organization – Organizing digital files and folders, scanning and labeling physical documents.
- Personal research for health and wellness – Researching nutrition plans, workout routines, or wellness trends to recommend to a client.
- Event planning for business or personal events – Organizing and managing logistics for virtual or in-person events.
- Document proofreading and editing – Reviewing personal or business documents for grammatical errors, clarity, and formatting.
- Planning home improvements – Researching and getting quotes for home renovations or redecorating projects.
- Coordinating home or office decluttering projects – Researching professional organizers, setting up appointments for decluttering, or providing organizational tips.
- Booking travel – Finding and booking flights, hotels, and car rentals for business or personal trips, including coordinating itineraries.
- Research for personal projects – Researching hobbies or interests (e.g., finding new recipes, home improvement ideas, vacation destinations).
- Tracking personal finances – Organizing and categorizing personal or household expenses, reconciling bank accounts, and managing budgets.
- Running errands – Help coordinate pick-up or drop-off for packages, dry cleaning, or other in-person tasks.

What type of requests can I NOT make to the Personal Assistant service?
While we strive to assist all of our users so that many tasks can be delegated to us, there are some requests that we just wouldn’t be a good fit for. Those requests include:
- Sales of any form as we are not a sales organization.
- Any requests requiring to be handled in-person.
- Handling of any physical items such as mail & packages.
- And of course, anything prohibited by law.

How can I communicate with the Personal Assistant service?
We offer flexible options to communicate along with chat including via phone, text, email, WhatsApp, Slack, Team, and most communication platforms. If you’re a business user, you’re also welcome to assign your assistant a company email address. Just let us know what your preference is and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
What project management platforms do you use?
Your TaskReef Personal Assistant can utilize a variety of different project management platforms. Some examples include Asana, Monday.com, Notion, & Trello. Just let us know what your preference is.
How is time tracked?
All time spent by your assistant is recorded in five (5) minute increments. We provide a usage report on a weekly basis every Monday for the previous week along with how much time in your current billing cycle is remaining. You can also ask us anytime for a usage report when needed.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
You’re welcome to cancel anytime. We have no hassle policy so if you’d like to conclude your service, simply chat with us and submit your request. Please note that there are no refunds whether in partial or full after a billing cycle starts. Please let us know you’d like to terminate your service before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being auto-renewed.
What about unused hours?
Unused hours do not rollover but our standard plan does start at a low 10 hours per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major U.S. based credit & debit cards.
Do you provide service outside the US?
Our services are currently for users based in the US; however, if you reside outside the US and your requests are for tasks that can be carried out within the US along with your primary language of communication being English, we can be of assistance.
What is the minimum term length of service?
All of our plans are month-to-month so the minimum would be just one month.
What if I need more than 10 hours per month?
You can always add more hours whenever needed at $40/hr. Just let us know when you do so that we can go ahead and authorize the overages. If you find that you’re consistently needing more than 10 hours per month, we can adjust your minimum monthly commitment to fit your needs.
How do you handle privacy/confidentiality?
All of our team members are well-vetted and go through a background process to ensure that we have the right people serving you. To add, all Personal Assistants go through HIPAA training and certification process. If you require an NDA/CA, we’re happy to provide you one or you can provide one to us*.
*Any user NDA/CA requests are subject to review before any signatory agreement.
What if I have an issue with my Personal Assistant service?

Can you provide me the background of the the Personal Assistants?
All of our Personal Assistants are well-vetted, well-experienced, personal assistants that are all based in the US. We have a very diverse team that while they are currently personal assistants trained specifically to serve Interline’s users, come from different backgrounds and industries.
Can I select which Personal Assistant I want to work with?
TaskReef Personal Assistants are assigned based on staffing availability. If there is a particular need/skillset that you require, speak with us first and we’ll be happy to do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Can I share my account with another?
Absolutely, you’re welcome to share your account with one additional individual. An authorization form will need to be filled out to activate the account sharing permission. Just submit a request to begin the authorization process.
