Who will I be working with?
You are assigned a dedicated U.S. based assistant. You work with the same person over time to ensure consistency, context retention, and smoother execution of ongoing tasks.
What kind of work can I delegate?
Most administrative, operational, and coordination-based work can be delegated. This includes scheduling, inbox management, research, logistics, vendor communication, travel coordination, document preparation, and general task execution.
How can I communicate with my assistant?
You can communicate through call, text, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom depending on your preference and workflow. We align communication methods to how you already work.
Do you handle in-person or physical tasks?
We do not directly perform in-person tasks. However, we can coordinate with trusted third party vendors or service providers on your behalf when physical execution is required.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday through Friday during standard U.S. business hours across all time zones. This structure supports responsiveness throughout the workweek.
What happens if my assistant is unavailable?
If your dedicated assistant is unavailable due to time off or unforeseen circumstances, TaskReef ensures continuity through internal coverage. Another qualified U.S. based assistant will have access to the necessary context to maintain service without disruption.
How quickly do I get started?
After signup, we reach out to understand your needs and workflow preferences. From there, we assign a dedicated assistant and begin onboarding.
Are assistants really U.S. based?
Yes. All assistants are based in the United States to ensure clear communication, stronger context alignment, and higher standards of confidentiality and control.
Where are you located?
TaskReef is headquartered in California, with a distributed U.S. based team supporting clients nationwide.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Full details are provided during signup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing cycle at any time.
