As we grow, we are seeking an Operations Manager to support service consistency, quality standards, and client satisfaction across active engagements.


About the Role

The Operations Manager supports quality oversight, coordination, and service reliability across active assistant engagements.

This role balances oversight, communication, and problem-solving. You will support internal accountability for service standards while coordinating with a distributed network of independent contractors.

This is a W-2, non-exempt (hourly) employment position.


Employment Structure

• W-2 employee classification
• Non-exempt (overtime eligible in accordance with applicable law)
• Hourly compensation
• Benefits eligibility, if applicable, will be outlined in the written offer letter and subject to plan terms
• Compensation defined in written offer letter
• Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or TaskReef may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law


Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and consistency across assistant engagements
• Support onboarding coordination for new assistants
• Address client questions or escalations
• Monitor workload distribution and capacity planning
• Identify and implement workflow improvements
• Maintain service documentation standards
• Coordinate communication between assistants and leadership
• Contribute to operational planning and growth initiatives


Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in operations, service management, or team coordination
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams preferred
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
• Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment


Compensation

Compensation will be defined in a written offer letter issued by TaskReef and is based on experience, qualifications, and role scope.

This position is non-exempt (hourly). Overtime, where applicable, is paid in accordance with federal and state law.

AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, MI, MT, NC, ND, NM, NV, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY

Employment eligibility must be maintained throughout the term of employment.
